Broccoli Fries are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional fries, made from fresh broccoli coated in a crispy, golden breading. Baked to perfection, they offer a satisfying crunch with a savory flavor, making them a great snack or side dish.
INGREDIENTS
90 grams boiled broccoli
80 grams boiled mashed potatoes
40 grams corn flour
1/2 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the boiled broccoli, mashed potatoes, corn flour, pizza seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
Heat enough oil in a heavy skillet for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully pipe small portions of the mixture into the hot oil, frying them until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on absorbent paper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
