CHOCOLATE BROWNIE POTS

Gooey, fudgy brownies baked in a ramekin for a quick and impressive dessert.

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons butter, fully melted

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

Optional - Chocolate sprinkles for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and prepare four 80ml ramekin bowls or two 8oz. ramekins.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until creamy. Next add the vanilla extract and egg, then stir to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until well combined.

Pour the bowl of dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and stir just until a smooth batter is formed. Pour the batter into the ramekins and decorate with chocolate sprinkles, if being used. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center of each brownie has risen up into a dome and the surface looks glossy and cracked.

Let the brownies cool slightly before eating. This is best topped with a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
