CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIE

Fudgy and delicious brownies with chocolate chips for extra chocolate flavor! 

INGREDIENTS


3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2/3 cup cocoa powder

1 and a half cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup chocolate chips

3/4 teaspoons salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat the oven to 160-degree C. Prepare an 8x8 baking square tin with parchment paper.


Combine granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and salt in a bowl. Set aside

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.


Add in the dry mixture and stir until just combined.


Pour the batter into the prepared tin, Using a spatula, smoothen out the top. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached. Do not overbake. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy !
