CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Irresistible and perfect for any occasion, chocolate cupcakes boast a deep cocoa flavor that melts in your mouth. Each bite is a delightful indulgence, sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.


INGREDIENTS


1 cup cake flour

1 cup sugar

6 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup hot water

INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.

Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, whisk the egg, milk, oil, and vanilla until well combined.


Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined and no dry streaks of flour remain. lastly pour the hot water and mix well. Divide the cupcake batter among the paper liners, filling each about two-third full.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove and finish cooling on a wire rack. Enjoy !
