DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Indulge in the richness of Double Chocolate Muffins. They are super chocolatey, moist, and cakey with a perfect crunchy tops. Baked with lots of chocolate chips, they’re a chocolate lover’s dream.



INGREDIENTS


1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup vegetable oil



INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat your oven to 175℃ and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.


In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt, along with the chocolate chip. Keep aside a few chocolate chips for topping the muffins.


Into a large mixing bowl, add the milk, eggs, vanilla and oil. Whisk together.


Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Whisk everything together well.


Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups and top with the remaining chocolate chips.



Bake at 175℃ for about 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of one of the muffins comes out clean. Enjoy !
