MANGO POPSICLES

This easy mango popsicle is healthy, delicious and perfect for summer! You will need only 2 ingredients for this lip-smacking popsicle recipe and with no added sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup mango (washed and peeled)

  • honey as required

  • 1/2 cup milk


INSTRUCTIONS


Puree the mango in a blender. Add the milk into a blender.

Next add honey as per your sweet preference else this can be skipped and blend all the ingredients together. Make sure that the blend is smooth enough for a popsicle.


Pour the blend into the popsicle moulds** and freeze for atleast 6 hours.

Once the popsicles are ready take them out from the freezer and serve immediately.


**Tip : If you do not have a mould - pour this mixture into plastic or paper cups and cover with aluminium foil. After an hour or when the mango mixture is slushy insert wooden sticks into the cups.
