Light, rich and creamy mousse that is quick and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream or fresh cream
1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm 1/2 cup cream and pour it on the chocolate to melt it . Set the bowl aside for 5 minutes for the chocolate to melt.
Whisk the chocolate and cream together. Set aside to cool.
Beat the remaining cream to stiff peaks using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mix one teaspoon at a time. Portion the mousse into a bowl or serving jar and chill before serving.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate or sprinkles if desired.
