NUTELLA MUG CAKE

A rich sinful treat for those cake cravings. A quick and delightful dessert made with minimal ingredients and baked to perfection in under two minutes in the microwave.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 tablespoons finely powdered sugar (brown/white)

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon Nutella

INGREDIENTS

In a mixing bowl, take the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. Whisk together. Next add the egg yolks followed by the oil , milk and stir to combine.

Pour the cake batter into a mug until half full. Add Nutella in the middle.

Now microwave this for 1 and a half minute on high (900W microwave). Let this cool.
