An amazing super simple pizza recipe with a delectable cheese pull. A recipe you must try at home!
INGREDIENTS
For the Dough:
3/4 cup warm water
2 and 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for the bowl
Dried basil leaves

For the topping:
1 cup pizza sauce (homemade/store-bought)
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup sweet corn, cooked
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Next add the warm water and then the olive oil and mix well. Add some dried basil leaves to this dough mixture too, optional.
Mix the ingredients until incorporated by using a dough hook fitted hand or stand mixer, the dough should be pulling away from the bowl. Add a bit more flour, if required.
Move the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover and let it rest until doubled in size for about 1 and a half hours.
Once dough has risen, divide the dough in to halves. Roll each half into your desired shape and gently transfer to your pizza pan. I used a sheet pan.
Use a fork to prick to the dough all around.
Preheat oven to 220 degree celsius.
Top the dough with the pizza sauce followed by cheese and sweet corn. You can add dried basil leaves as well . Spread the mixture evenly on the pizza dough and cover the pizza base well.
Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Slice and serve immediately.
I made these in the round tin as well.
