SNICKER ICE CREAM

Rich and creamy chocolate ice cream with gooey caramel syrup and little bite-sized pieces of Snickers. An Ice cream that's out of the world..... a very easy no churn recipe with just 5 Ingredients !!


INGREDIENTS

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk (I used an entire can of Milkmaid)

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

6 Snickers bars, chopped

1/2 cup caramel sauce ( I used Hershey's Caramel syrup)


INSTRUCTIONS

Add the heavy whipping cream to a large bowl and whip on high speed until it reaches stiff peaks.


Add the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder and fold in with a spatula until completely combined . Do this slowly so that the peaks remain as much as post. Preferably do not use the mixer.


Prepare a large container by lining it with parchment paper or you can do without it either.


Add a layer of the chocolate cream mixture in the bottom of container and top it with a small handful of the Snickers chunks and a drizzle of caramel syrup.


Repeat another layer of the chocolate cream mixture, more caramel sauce and more chunks of Snickers bar, and repeat again until all the chocolate cream mixture has been used. Top with a few more chunks of Snickers bar and another drizzle of caramel sauce.


Freeze for 6 hours or overnight for best results. Enjoy !!
